Careers specialist Frontline Recruitment is celebrating after receiving an Investors in People silver accreditation.

Frontline, which has offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Mansield, Weymouth and Hull. is now one of the very few recruitment agencies to receive the accolade, and David Essam, Operations Director, is obviously very proud.

David said: “Only 15% of organisations achieve silver and at the crux of it, it means that the right principles are in place but more than that, it means all of our staff are making active efforts to make sure we’re consistent and that everyone in the organisation feels the effects.

“Our ‘We invest in people’ assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear from our workforce and we’ve learnt a lot from what they’ve told us.

“But there’s always something to learn. And we’re using the feedback to do it. From what our people told us, we’ve got recommendations and an action plan so that we can keep making changes, keep improving and keep moving forward.”

Frontline was recently shortlisted in the Investment category at the East Midlands Business Masters Awards.
