Careers specialist Frontline Recruitment has undergone a restructuring of one of its offices, announced two high-profile appointments and signalled an expansion into new territories.
The company, which has its headquarters in Nottingham, also has offices in Derby, Hull, Leicester. Mansfield and Weymouth. Now, it is set to expand further.
Sarah Bowater joins Frontline Recruitment as Operations Manager and Lynsey Butler as Regional Business Manager. Both have substantial recruitment experience and are proven at all levels.
Sarah, who specialises in all aspects of supply chain, said: “I am so excited to be starting with Frontline.
“Even with these uncertain times Frontline are expanding and will deliver through sheer determination, drive and passion.
Together with Lynsey I will be delivering new solutions to solve our clients’ needs.
“We set the standards others try to live up to and it will be delivered with pride.”
Lynsey, who’s strengths lie in commercial, temporary and permanent placements, added: “I’m so excited to be starting with Frontline. As many companies have downsized during today’s crazy world, Frontline have pushed forwards and expanded into new areas, I’m excited to be part of this growth.
“Between Sarah and I we have over 20 years’ recruitment experience. We believe in building partnerships with our customers that go beyond the traditional supplier relationships and truly want to provide the best recruitment service possible. We focus on over delivering – not over promising.”
David Essam, operations director at Frontline, also revealed the company will be relocating its Mansfield base and opening a new office in Chesterfield.
He said: “As we are all aware it’s been a tough few months for every business; some have done well – others have struggled. During lockdown we made significant changes to the personnel within the Mansfield office which was no reflection on the staff but we needed a fresh start to really grasp the opportunity the area has to offer and demonstrate what Frontline has to offer to the wider audience.
“The opportunity arose to speak to both Sarah and Lynsey and from the first minute I had the feeling these were the people I wanted and needed in the business. Discussions were very straightforward from all parties – we were all clear about the challenges ahead but the opportunity to open a Chesterfield office, relocate in Mansfield and start to expand into Sheffield ticked every box.”
David said the appointments will now open new doors for the business – especially in Logistics/Driving and Commercial for both Temporary and Permanent placements.
He added: “I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the former Mansfield team for their efforts over recent periods and we wish them well.”
