In 2006 we volunteered and opened our doors to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) for them to fully audit our processes and procedures to ensure we met the highest standards, if successful we stood to gain the REC’s coveted Gold Standard.

The audit scheme – run by the REC, the trade association for the UK’s recruitment industry – is the most comprehensive of its kind, offering official endorsements to those recruitment agencies that run their businesses lawfully and ethically. Frontline recruitment broke all records and became the first recruitment company ever to pass the modified assessment with a 100 per cent score, which still stands today.
