Champagne corks have been popping at one of the East Midlands’ foremost recruitment agencies after a key member of its leadership team was named the region’s most empowering business leader.

David Essam, Operations Director at Frontline Recruitment, has won the Empowering Potential award at the East Midlands Leadership Awards 2021 – the glittering annual event organised by the region’s premier B2B news outlet TheBusinessDesk.com.

Essam claimed the prize at a packed Colwick Hall in Nottingham city centre this Wednesday (22nd September), beating off fierce competition.

The award comes after Essam presided over a stellar year to date for Frontline Recruitment which has seen enquiries go through the roof and numerous new jobs created, not least at the expanding firm’s brand new office in Chesterfield.
